Loop Pop (“the app”, “we”) is a casual puzzle game published
by Julie Freche / auto-entrepreneur activity. This policy explains what data
the app processes and your choices.
1. Who we are
Publisher: Julie Freche
Support email: question.loopop@gmail.com
2. Data we collect
- Game progress (levels, stars, coins, boosters, lives,
objectives, trophies), stored on your device. If you sign in, a copy is
mirrored to Google Firebase Cloud Firestore in the
EU (Paris, europe-west9), keyed to your account id.
- Account information (optional): if you use Google or
Apple sign-in, we receive your account identifier and, when provided by
the provider, your email and display name, via Firebase
Authentication.
- Analytics: pseudonymous usage events (e.g. level
started, level completed, purchases, ad rewards), tied to a device
identifier, via Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics.
This includes an approximate location (country or
region) inferred from your IP address. We never collect precise
location.
- Diagnostics: crash and performance data collected by
the Firebase and AdMob SDKs, used to keep the app stable.
- Advertising: if you watch rewarded ads, Google
AdMob may process device identifiers, approximate location and
ad-interaction data. In the EU we
ask for consent via Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before
personalised advertising; v1 defaults to non-personalised
ads where applicable.
- In-app purchases: transactions are handled by Apple App
Store or Google Play; we do not receive your payment card details.
3. Why we use data
- Save and sync your progress across devices (if signed in).
- Improve levels and fix crashes.
- Measure which features are used (analytics).
- Show rewarded video ads and attribute rewards (AdMob).
- Process in-app purchases (stores).
4. Retention
Local data stays on your device until you uninstall or delete your account.
Cloud save data is deleted when you use Delete account in
Settings. Analytics data is retained per Google’s default retention policies.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing question.loopop@gmail.com.
You can delete your account in-app (Settings → Delete account). EU users may
lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
6. Third-party services
- Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics):
Google Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob:
AdMob & data
- Apple / Google sign-in: subject to their respective policies when you
choose to sign in.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change.
Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
